Return & Refund Policy

At Dirt & Darling Co, all products are made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dirtanddarling@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with Printful to resolve the issue.

Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, we're unable to cancel or modify your order.
